Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at the contact information provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for eligible returns. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
